Chelsea Hotel – London

Divisions Operable Wall Systems were approached by Donovan O’Connell Architects to help them resolve the Chelsea Hotels requirement to divide their Conference Rooms. This was a fast track contract where Divisions were able to fit 5 no sets of Movable Walls within 8 weeks to design, manufacture and install.

Two sets of high quality acoustic walls were utilised to divide the two conference rooms and the three extra sets were implemented to conceal “set-back” display areas.

The panels were custom built and veneered to tie in with existing panelling, so that when in operation, the walls blended in completely with the décor, giving an impression of continuity in each room.

• Duvale type 110; Series 5500; Two Carrier Suspension; Special Veneered Panels to match adjacent panelling.
